XVR for me was a lifesaver during COVID/the pandemic, but since then it’s become a way of life. We haven’t changed the module back, we still do incident command training and assessments remotely for our on-call fire stations in rural areas. It means that those people and the fire appliances are more available, and we’re also reducing our carbon footprint as people don’t need to come into the training centre.
